Why It's Important to Educate Parents:

As a speech-language pathologist, one of my most important roles is to empower parents with the knowledge and tools they need to support their child's communication and feeding development. Every day, parents play a central role in helping their child make progress, whether they’re navigating speech delays, language disorders, or feeding challenges. In addition, feeding disorders can be just as impactful, affecting not only a child's ability to eat but their overall development and well-being.
