2. Estimated Delivery Times

• Domestic Orders:  3–5 business days.
• International Orders: 10–21 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier and destination.

3. Tracking Your Order

• A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
• You can track your order using the link provided in your confirmation email.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

5. Address Errors

• Ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order.
• If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours at info@inspirespeech.co to correct it.
• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Undeliverable Packages

• If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

• International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country.
