What currency are the prices displayed in on the site?
All prices are in USD.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us at Info@inspirespeech.co.
What is your return policy?
Due to hygienic reasons and the nature of our product as a children's product, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase is completed.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, provide the following:
1. Your order number.
2. Photos of the damaged or defective product.

Can I cancel my order?
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please note that cancellations are not possible once the order has been shipped.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you entered an incorrect or misspelled address during checkout, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correct details. Double-check your address and notify us at info@inspirespeech.co within 24 hours. We will update the address if notified within this timeframe. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued once an order has shipped.
