Due to hygienic reasons and the nature of our product as a children's product, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase is completed.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, provide the following:

2. Photos of the damaged or defective product. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
